Halls Information/Booking Terms and Conditions:

Halls are rented on a room only hire basis & all hirers must be 21 years of age or older.

At the start of your hire:

• Keys: The code for the key-safe you require will be emailed to you after we have received your payment. 

• Furniture: If you require tables & chairs, both halls have store cupboards with enough table and chairs for the capacities listed. Please return all furniture to how and where you found it at the end of your hire.

At the end of your hire:

• Cleaning: We ask that you clean after your event and leave the building in the same (if not a better) condition than when you found it. A few cleaning supplies can be found under the sinks in the kitchens and a broom should be in each kitchen as well.

• Bins: We ask you empty the bins at the end of your hire. The external bins are by the front door of the Front Hall. Please note that no glass can go in the recycling bins.

• Locking up: All doors and windows should be locked and lights turned off before leaving

• Keys: Keys should be returned to the key safe you got them from and the code should be set back to 0000

Other:

• Travel & Parking: The nearest tram stop is Wilford Village which is a 5 minutes’ walk from St Wilfrid’s Church Halls. We have car parking on site for up to 13 vehicles, with additional free on-road parking nearby. Please do not park or obstruct the road leading up the old or new rectory, and do not park on the grass.

• Keys: Do not pass the hall keys or key safe code to a third party.

• Damages: Any damages must be reported and paid for. Please email halls@stwilfrids.church.

• Hire Timing: You can book the hall from 6am-10pm, please do not extend beyond your booked timings. They must include your set-up and set-down times.

• Noise: Please respect local residents & keep noise down, especially leaving the hall at night. Please note: all music must be switched off by 10pm at the latest.

• Paddock: Paddock use is not included.

• Wifi: If you require Wifi, please let us know when booking and we can give you more information.

• Kitchens: Under 18s are not to use the kitchens unless under adult supervision.

• Smoking: No smoking allowed inside or around the halls.
